SO WHAT ARE SESSIONS LIKE?


In the first session, we orient to our shared experience together. We'll take time to get to know one another, get a bird's eye view of where you've been and where you want to go and you'll have a space to set intentions for the coaching process.


In the sessions that follow, we organically work with what is arising for you as you pursue your goals. After all, some days you may need different things whether it's additional support or someone inviting you to take on your next challenge, reminding you of all you are capable of.


Each session is typically an hour in duration. I also offer extended sessions that are 90 minutes to 2 hours in duration upon request. And then over time we establish a cadence that works for you! I meet with some individuals weekly and other individuals once or twice a month.


In every session we share together, I work to co-create a space for you to be authentically you so you can discover what helps you thrive and learn tangible skills that will empower your life.
