WEEKEND RESET

What is a weekend reset you ask? A weekend reset is a 2 day in person coaching immersion in the Pacific Northwest. It's a chance to slow down, take a break, recalibrate and reorient to where you are in life and what feels most meaningful to you.

It's a time to connect with your own heart.

Each weekend reset includes 8 hours of coaching + individualized exercises for you to do out in nature or in your own quiet. Great for individuals who are already looking to plan a vacay. You secure your own food, travel and lodging. I will support as a teacher, witness and guide.

This is a great option for people who work better in person, prefer working together for longer durations over a shorter period of time, or learn more through immersion. It’s a time to rediscover who you are and what you want to do in this world. Every weekend reset is customized to you so that I can meet you where you are at.

PART 1: PREP

Part 1 is designed to help you understand where you have been in your life, where you are now and where you want to go. It’s all about orienting, grounding, and setting intentions for your weekend reset. We also identify needs, goals and possible obstacles you could encounter so you feel confident.

PART 2: JOURNEY

Part 2 is the immersive component- the weekend reset itself. In just two days, you'll be lead through various exercises and experiences that meet you right where you are at. You'll also have lots of free time to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest and what is most meaningful to you.

PART 3: REFRESH

Part 3 is all about helping you integrate your discoveries, connect with your values and identify takeaways so you can utilize them as you move forward.
